If I were to have my large teeth re-aligned would they have to be filed down too?
Q. My two front teeth are rather large and, due to sucking my thumb when i was a child, stick out slightly further than the rest of my teeth. My question is, if i had them re-aligned, would i also then need to get them filed down (if this is possible?) or would they just have to be removed from the start? Regards,

A. it is very difficuilt to say if the teeth would need filing down until the orthodontic treatment has finished. We do offer free consultations with our orthodontist i suggest that is your best option as he will be able to advise you better before you start any treatment.
