I would like implants but I’m put off my the bone graft surgery. Are dentures my only other option?
Q. I am 60 years old and only have 3 teeth left at the top.I would like implants but have been told that I would need a bone graft which would be major surgery and very expensive.Are dentures my only option?,
A. I don’t really know without seeing you for a proper assessment, however it is often possible to do implants at the back of the mouth rebuilding the bone with a relatively straightforward procedure called sinus lift. If you’d like me to take a look for you let me know, andrew
