I want to take out my canine teeth which are sticking out in front of my premolar

Q. Im embarresed to smile because of the fact that both my canine teeth are sticking out in front of my premolar teeth. I dont want braces due to personal reasons, all i really want is them taken out as i am happy with my teeth without them but no dentist i have spoken to will take them out for me. Is there any place i can go for them taken out?

A. I dont know, personally i would hate to do something irreversible for purely aesthetic reasons if I thought that there was a risk the person would regret it after. As others have felt it not a good idea it would be foolish to say I thought it was a good idea without even a brief examination and discussion of possible alternatives like veneers.
A 15 minute initial consultation is free at StJohns Birmingham if you would like me to come up with some of the more likely treatment options.
