I want all my bad teeth replaced, but I don’t want to have removable teeth?

Q. i have really bad teeth and get tooth ache all the time i want to have all my teeth removed and replaced with new teeth but i dont want to be able to take my teeth out again after they are put in what do you suggest,
A. Firstly removing your natural teeth and replacing them with artificial teeth is not the best option. Preserving your natural tooth stucture if possible is the best thing to do. Although if neccesary there are options to have implants depending on your oral health. I would advise before looking into implants to visit your dentist to confirm whether your teeth are repairable and stabilize you oral health.
