Q. Hi im 28 single mother i my top front teeth are overlapping and discoloured i have very low self confidence as a result but i cant affort the cost of having private work on the do you know of any way i can get this problem solved on the nhs, i did ask my own dentist but he just shook his head at me i atke very good care of my teeth but the overlapping just seems to be geting worse plaese any advice would be great..:)
