I have teeth missing ate the front of my mouth will dentures be able to be fitted there

Q. I have been told by my dentist that I need to have surgery to re-align my lower jaw which I broke 6-7 years ago. It has broken and reset slightly wrong plus I still have roots embedded in my gums which apparently cannot be removed. This means I have to have dentures and was hoping for implants. Please advise as I don’t want surgery but as I have teeth missing at the front of my mouth will dentures be able to be fitted there

A. It is normally possible to make dentures for any gap although implants are preferable. i’m not sure why the roots cannot be removed but they may be close to a nerve and might cause nerve damage if they are taken out.
