i have only 6.9 of bone left which one would you suggest dental implant or partial denture

Q. Have had consultation with private dentist with regard nto havn implants for new bridge. not enough bone only 6.9 so looks like a partial denture. which one would you suggest as dont want a pallet(IF CAN) and would like cerermic or porcelain

A.

if you are having a denture you often need to spread the load as widely as possible to prevent overloading the gum ( which causes pain and ulcers ) the balance is to do this without the denture feeling to bulky. To be honest the comprimise depends on the individual patient. Mini implants can be an help in some cases of restricted bone.
