You need to tell your dentist your concerns before the braces are removed I am sure they will carry on the treatment.  At home look in the mirror and write down everything you do not like that way you wont’t forget when you are in the surgery.   If the removal appointment is the next one phone your dentist and ask if you come in to discuss your concerns.  There is no reason why they will not do this.
