I am 38 and have lost all but 8 teeth the rest are broken halfs,or just the root connected into my jaw so i never smile and looks very nasty and would love to look normal again smile or not look down when i talk i feel very ashamed,i also have a terrible fear of the dentist since a young child,whats the best way now for me to go
A. Hi I’m sorry to hear of your predictament. It seems you probably need complex treatment either in the form of implants or dentures. I would try to consult a dentist with experience in both aspects of treatment, perhaps one recommended by a friend. It might also be beneficial for them to have experience in sedation tehniques to help you with the complex treatment you will need in the future
