I have lost a lot of bone because of periodontal disease, please help!

Q. i have lost a lot of bone due to peridontal problems .i have already lost one tooth after 6years of having this problem .can i have bone graft done to prevent me losing any more teeth .please help me im 43 years old .,
A. You need to have your current status checked and make sure that your periodontal disease is stablised. Following this implants may be possible
