I have loose teeth and shrinking gums would veneers be an option?

Q.
Hello doctor i wonder if you can help. I have shrinking gums and loose teeth and my dentist says have them all out and replace with dentures i told my son and he says have porcelain veneers instead is this possible i need to be right for August this year and am slightly dissabled can you help me decide what is best. Should i have all my teath out have veneers or dentures which is the best solution to my problem. I am 55 years of age and female i dont want to give up on my teeth but it seams that my choise is limited and what about the cost can i afford veneers as apposed to dentures. Many thanks for your time doctor

Hello Veneers won’t help if your teeth are loose. He maybe thinking about dental implants instead. these are used to replace missing/failing teeth. They are considerably more expensive than dentures so you’ll need a full quote form an implant dentist for the price hope that helps
