is it possible to have e four tooth bridge i have a 2 tooth maryland bridge at the moment but need to have the 2 teeth either side removed thus leaving a gap of 4 teeth right across the bottom of my mouth i hate the thought of having dentures that move can you suggest anything thankyou

that would effectively be a 6 unit bridge which is quite large and prone to failure. Perhaps you should consider dental implants that way you won’t need to involve any more extra teeth
