I do not like my dentures how much would implants cost

Q. I have a full top denture and partial lower, i really do not cope well with the dentures i have had them for just over a year now and was looking to see if would be possible to have implants and an estimate of the costs involved

A. An implant supported denture is a good possibility to replace your top denture. Yes it is still a denture but with implants to clip onto it is firmly fixed in place & much less coverage than a normal denture. Guide price £ 3-5000 (2 implant fixtures with stud/ball attachments)

A fully supported implant reconstruction 10-12 teeth on 4-6 fixtures in the upper arch. Guide price £15-20,000

Replacing the lower denture depends a lot on which teeth are left and how much bone is available. Bridges on remaining teeth and implants are options that will probably need to decided after XRays or CT scans.

To get a definitive treatment plan you will probably need to spend around £100 on consultation, study casts, XRays & photos. A CT Scan costs about £300 in addition if needed. In our practice this is a loss leader it takes a lot of time and effort to produce the final conclusion. A free consultation with a dentist is available to discuss the likely choices for your situation.
