I currently wear a plate on my top and bottom teeth but is there a more permanent solution?

hi is there any way i can have all top and bottom teeth done so there fixed and wont come out i currently have a situation where i have a couple of bottom teeth and cople of top teeth i currently wear a plate with most of my top teeth on but am finding it embarressing as i need to use fixedent to hold it in place but it regualy comes loose i just want all teeth replacing is there a way i can do this under some kind of price plan.

We commonly correct this with either denture or bridge fixed on top of implants . Which corrects what you describe with fantastic results
