I am unemployed and cannot be passed for finance. Is there any other way that I can get cosmetic treatment on my teeth?

Q. I need cosmetic dentistry to close a gap in my two front teeth caused caused by movement. I am unemployed and cannot be passed for finance, are there any other options? Thank you,
A. If you cannot afford treatment at a regular dentist you could try a teaching hospital although the waiting list might be long
