You should sick to Carbamine Peroxide or on some occassions Hydrogen Peroxide. Always use a dentist supervised treatment. Avoid Beauticians and Chlorine Dioxide. Then most treatments will have a similar potential end result.
I would ask for recommendations among your friends and colleagues with white teeth
