How many implants are needed to secure denture?
Q. i have a full lower denture.how many implants would i require if i decided to have an implant denture.,
A. You could use 2 implants a s a minimum. I often use 4 implants as a one stop approach were the treatment is all carried out in a single session. If you have good bone you can sometimes even use 4 implants to hold fixed teeth
