with mini implant for the lower jaw do the dentures have to be full or can they just be a horseshoe so there is no bulk behind remaining teeth

Mini implants are a new concept and have limited research on them. If they are used it appears from the literature that it is preferable to splint them together. It would be advised to have a full denture to reduce the stress on these implants
