How can I become a cosmetic dentist?

Q. Hello, Could you possibly advise me as to how I can train to become a cosmetic dentist. Could I train as a hygienist and then study to specialise in cosmetic dentistry? Many Thanks

A. Yes you can start as a hygienist but you’ll still need a dental degree, you might be best to apply for dentistry direct after getting your a-levels
