Q. Hi Dr Caplan, Does everyone who performs teeth whitening have to be a registered dentist or are there exceptions? Thanks,

A. Everyone who performs whitening has to be a qualified dentist or a hygienist/ dental therapist under the instruction of a qualified dentist
