Do you have advice on crowns and fixed bridges?

Q. I have lupus. My 2 front bottom teeth are in a bad condition – broken. My dentist recomended a resin bonded bridge (temp)- I would prefer a fixed bridge but with the lupus i am not sure what other options are available. To be honest most of my bottom teeth are in a bad state and i already have about 4 crowns – I will appreciate any advise. Thanks,
A. It is difficult to advise you without seeing you I do not see why you cant have a permanent bridge providing he teeth are strong enough.
