do i need a denture

Q. Have a bridge which was in 2004 it has become very slack, it has 6 teeth 2 of which are mine in top. my dentist says need denture NEVER what would you recommend. have looked possibility of implants but dont know if suitable cause am a non dependant diabetic please advise what treatment you would take

Having diabetes does mean that the prognosis of implants decreases slightly because you are slightly immunocompromised. However, it is still an option for you and you should definately go for a consultation with an implant dentist.
