Hi

My advice would be to book a consultation, to see what your options are.
the options for replacing teeth are
1. implants
2. bridges
3. dentures

I need implants for my upper left and right posterior teeth. i am told there is insufficient space due to wear of my anterior teeth and crowns are needed on the worn upper teeth. Are these crowns essential given that space becomes available through the dropping of the lower jaw to allow sufficient room for the posterior implants?
