I have 2 front crowns at the front

Hello, i have 2 front crowns at the front,but due to gum disease they have moved and my gums have receeded slightly. i have a regular visits to my dentist and hygienist , i have been referred to Guy’s dental hospital, but the solution they came up with was pink veneer to cover gum recession and reshaping exsisting crowns,i want something more permanenet. Is there some sort of gum /tooth implant that can be performed,i’m not worried how intrusive this has to be, so i can regain my confidence.i will be very grateful for any information you can offer

can bonding on my two front teeth could be removed

I really apperciate you taking the time to answer my questions for I am caught in a bind and don’t know how to get myself out. When I asked you if the bonding on my two front teeth could be removed you said yes because the solution is milder than lemon juice. I went back to my dentist and now they say if they were to take the bonding off, that they don’t know where the bonding ends and where my teeth begin. They also said my teeth will never have the shine they once had even if they removed the bonding? What should I do..Please?!

I have been experiencing toothache for the past three weeks

I have been experiencing toothache for the past three weeks or so. Before this I had have a dental exam wherein the dentist told me he’ll see me in 6 mths. Snce then I broke a tooth which turned out to be a dental carie. I had it filled and since then still am having discomfort. I am now convinced that it is the tooth beside it as it looks dark when I lift the gum during flossing. An x-ray was done which appeared normal. I have looked at the BDA website and others on dental caries and am now convinced that this tooth is the real dental pain problem. It is distressinf in that now I think the decay was visible on the x-ray, although we were looking at the tooth with the filling not at the one beside it. Am I being overly worried that this may have been missed and I may now need two root canal treatments instead of one? I have been using Diclofenac and Co-dydramol for pain relief for the last two weeks. I am also on Metronidazoe which my dentist has prescribed a few days ago. I would be grateful for your insight on this please.

My top front tooth was broken was i was around 11

My top front tooth was broken was i was around 11 yrs old.I got its root canal done n ceramic crowning.Now i am 19. Few days back that my tooth started to pain and soon the pain spread to all da teeth on my upper left teeth. I visited a dentist and wn my x-ray was taken dey said the root canal hadnt been done properly.so it had to be done again.meanwhile i did a course of antibiotic which cured da pain.I visited another dentist who said an epicectomy had to be done along with da root canal.Another Dentist told me a cyst(sp) had formed and infected 2 ov my teeth which vl hve 2 be root canaled.Please explain to me wat is an epicectomy and advice me.What treatment should i take>?!

i have had a multiple fracture on both upper and lower jaw

I had a accident in which i had a multiple fracture on both upper and lower jaw and i lost 3 teeths and i had a surgery to fix my jaws maxial facial surgery ..they did’nt had to do any bone crafting .its been 3 weeks now since my surgery i have sweelling on my face which will take 2 months to go doctors say ..so i wanna know when can i do teeth implantation and how long will it take to get my new teeth..ppplzzz answer my quest ..its a request !!!

ive had braces for a year and had them taken off the teeth have now moved

I had braces for a year when i was 17 i had them taken off when i was 18 and my teeth were perfect. but they have moved alot my upper teeth over lap the bottom but they also point upwards. when i noticed this problem i contacted my old othadontist and he wouldnt see me because im over 18. but iv started getting problems with tooth ache now i can actually feel them moving and its causing alot of pain, all the area surrounding my mouth also aches due to me not being able to close my mouth because the gap is so big. this is really getting me down and iv become really concious about myself! as i am a student i dont have the funds to go private so would i be able to get the treatment needed on nhs?

my Dentist told me that I am loosing one of my front tooth

I am 42 yrs old and I recently went to have get cleaning done and my Dentist told me that I am loosing one of my front tooth, he said it cannot be saved it will eventually just fall out. I also have a little abrasion on the inside which feels very funny but is does not hurt.I keep putting my tongue on it. I am scared as I need to know what can be done at this point in time.
