i have had a multiple fracture on both upper and lower jaw
Q. I had a accident in which i had a multiple fracture on both upper and lower jaw and i lost 3 teeths and i had a surgery to fix my jaws maxial facial surgery ..they did’nt had to do any bone crafting .its been 3 weeks now since my surgery i have sweelling on my face which will take 2 months to go doctors say ..so i wanna know when can i do teeth implantation and how long will it take to get my new teeth..ppplzzz answer my quest ..its a request !!!
A. If the site of implant placement coincides with a fracture line or is heavily deficient of bone you will have to wait or have bone grafting after the site has healed. a minimum of 3 months after the teeth are removed before implants are placed.in total around 6-8 months withouit grafting before you have teeth in situ
