Hi i am 42 when i was 12 i had all but the top front 6 teeth out and the bottom 6 when i smile i have large gaps either side my top 2 front ones are crowns and one is causing a lot of pain since having a operation on it to fill the root my wisdom teeth are all there and i was wondering if implant are posible as i am very self con when smiling and if were pos to get on nhs,

HI. I HAVE TWO FRONT TEETH ON A METAL FRAME DENTURE THAT CLIPS ONTO THE SIDE/BACK TEETH. IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A MARYLAND BRIDGE OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF DENTISTRY TO PUT BACK THE FRONT TEETH OTHER THAN IMPLANTS. THANK YOU,

Dental Implants I am from South Africa, had started the procedure in South Africa July 2008, two upper molars, this was being done in 3 phases to assist me with costs,completed the 2nd phase stage and have the titanium posts in place, I have not been able to get back to SA to have the gum reopened and the teeth screwed into place due to lack of funds due to me becoming unemployed July 09….am I compromising the situation, how can I have this completed and what would the costs be here in the UK? In the meantime my bite and teeth are not good due to the silly temp plate that I have to wear.,

Hello, i am 18 years of age and have had braces since may 09, since i have had my braces i got attacked by 2 men resulting in 2 teeth being knocked out, sincei have already started dental treatment with my hospital im just wondering if it would be able for the hospital once the braces procedure has been completed to input implants into my mouth, im am in full time education and go to a university hospital (wythenshawe hospital),

hi Dr Patel, I am a 27 year old student from Glasgow. I am wondering if you can help me,I am looking for a dentist to do work on my teeth,ive never had the courage to go to the dentist as my teeth are really bad but after visting your site i am willing to come to you for treatment. I have no teeth on my upper mouth,i have a denture,i have no back teeth,they all have to be extracted,my bottom 5 front teeth are ok,but the rest are all broke missing and have been tooken out. I am looking for implants,I have very bad gum disease to,but now im looking for a new life for my teeth. I know its not going to be cheap but i will have to get treatment asap.. Would you be able to give me a smile?.i am willing to travel to your surgery for treatment, also can you send me information about the dental finance plans you do.,

im a 26 yr old man i have very bad teeth for my age, i also have the biggest fear of dentists. i need alot of work done on both top and bottom of mouth on top id say i need five teeth replaced and three or four put back in. the bottom is not so bad but still needs work. can i get this on finance?? and what would be my options.. i have a young family and would like my children to be able to look up to me,
