I Have A Denture And I’m Thinking About Getting Veneers. Or Is There Another Procedure That I Could Have To Get The Smile I Always Wanted?

Hello,
I have a denture in my top row of teeth at the front and was thinking about veneers. Is it possible to have veneers even though there is no tooth there? How much roughly would it cost for me to have veneers? Or is there another procedure that I could have to get the smile I always wanted? What is the length of the procedure? I have already inquired about an implant but I had a scan and it revealed that their is not enough bone for me to have the implant.

My Bridge Is Loose And I’m Scared I’ll Lose Two Teeth. What Options Are There To Replace Them?

Hi. I have a bridge at moment that as been in 23 years. It’s 4 teeth attatched to 2 capped teeth, and they have now got tooth decay and it’s been recomended that I take them out and have a denture. I’m not happy with a plate but what options are there and could you tell me the cost of other treatments please. The bridge is very loose and I’m scared of eating now in case it falls out. The teeth are at the front upper and I’ve been told the 2 teeth the bridge are attached to need to come out and I’m very scared.

I Was Told I’d Have To Pay For An Implant Privately After The NHS Extracted My Tooth. Is This Correct?

Hi Dr Moore, I have just got back from an NHS dentist and one of them said I need a root canal. Then that dentist left for another practice and handed me over to his colleague, I was advised by his colleague that the root canal would not work and that my best option would be to have the tooth extracted? I had no choice to agree as I had just got over an abscess in that tooth, after the extraction I asked what the next step was, as I am now left with a big gap in my smile line, and she said I will have to pay private for an implant or braces to push the teeth together. Could you offer me any advice on what I should do, I can provide photo’s of the tooth and gap.

Would Going Abroad Be The Right Choice For Me When Considering Dental Implants?

Hi I am 68 and my last remaining bridge has just come off due to the retaining teeth breaking up. I am missing teeth all around my mouth and now finding it difficult to bite and chew so I am currently looking to get a full set of implanted teeth. Access smile, Hungary and Polish smile, Poland are two dentists I am looking at. Do you have any comments about these companies and are there any recommendations you can make regarding other companies from abroad.

I am a 33 year old girl and I’m currently missing my bottom back teeth due to a calcium deficiency, and my top two front teeth were punched out due to domestic violence. I am really self conscious as your teeth shape your face and my face looks withdrawn and my other teeth are falling out due to my gums shrinking. Hello Dr Moore, I require your help. I want full set top implant supporting dentures but no matter how much I ask I cannot get a straight answer for how much it costs for mini or a standard full top set of supporting implants? Please help me with this as I currently have dentures that do not fit and when I told  my dental practice where I live, he told me to take them and go somewhere else. Do I Qualify For NHS Cosmetic Dental Treatment With A HC3 Certificate?

Dear Dr Gambroudes, I have a question:
I am an NHS patient with a HC3 certificate, and I have a problem with my teeth. I did my teeth in another country and they were done very bad. I have 6 missing teeth in front upper jaw and all my back teeth are broken.
The crown fixed in front was made from plastic and now is broken from more than 3 years, and I struggle every time to fix it with glue.
My question is: Do I qualify for NHS cosmetic help? I don’t want to wear a denture because of my age. Thank you and kind  regards.

Hi Dr Shaffie, please can you help me as I’m at an all time low. I’ve had to have all my teeth extracted except for 8. I am only 24 years old. My dentist has said it was due to me not eating that had caused my teeth to break. I think dentures look awful and I feel like there’s no way forward. I need to pay via some kind of payment plan for treatment but not sure if clinics offer this? Please help, I can’t enjoy outdoor time with my child as I’m embarrassed. Thanks very much.

I’ve Had Acid Erosion And Would Like To Know If A Bridge Is Suitable For My Missing Teeth?

Hello Dr Moore, I am 30 years old and already have had 4 teeth extracted, this is largely down to acid erosion due to too many fizzy drinks and it’s left me with very little enamel left on my teeth. I am missing upper right 4 and 6 and upper left 5 and 6. I desperately want to fill these gaps and I would like to know if a bridge is suitable? Implants are really not an option for me at this time for financial reasons and I do not want to have to wear a denture at such a young age but I need to be able to smile again without a hand over my mouth. My Crown On On Of My Molars Has Come Off And There Isn’t Enough To Glue It Back On. What Are My Options?

My crown on one of my molars has come off and there is not enough tooth left to glue it back on. What are my options? My dentist wants to pull it out and to put in an implant. Is that a good answer or is there an other way? The tooth that I have described is worn right to the gum line, is it possible to build it up and re-crown it? The tooth in question does not bother me and it is not sensitive, and most of my teeth have been crowned. My age is 65 and I would like to keep what I have if possible. I have had 4 implants so far and my dentist is wanting to bridge one of the ones he pulled because it was too close to my sinus and I do not have enough bone there to put in an implant.
