Can you please advise me on the possibility of getting implants to avoid my cyst problems?

Q. I most appreciate your advice. I am 28 yrs. old and yesterday, was told by a facial surgeon that I have two large cysts above my front teeth, over 4 in total. I have already had one cyst removed above one side last year and now considering implants so this will not occur again. My 2 front teeth, in any case are crowns. The doctor recommended I try to “save my teeth” and just have a similar operation as before and in the possible event that it does reoccurs, get implants. What are your thoughts please? I have had all the scans and the cysts are very noticeable on view of the scan. If I were to have the implants, how long would this take to heal and could they be put in at the same time as the extractions are done? Many thanks for your help.,
A. If the bone loss is severe you will need to wait for 6 months with a temporary replacement while the bone heals completely. If the bone loss is moderate then immediate implants might work. I’d need to see your scan to give you a proper assessment though
