Can you help me to decide which dentures I should ask for

Q. Can you help me to decide which dentures I should ask for, I have one implant( approx 5 yrs) and one crown still in the top set, no dentures at the bottom. I have a temporary denture for now, but will want the best for permanent use. I would like details of cost and comfort. Thank you

A. An implant retained denture is a great option. Usually the upper denture is supported by a bar attached to 2 to 4 implants and the lower denture can be held in place by 2 to 4 implants with locators on ( I use Straumann locators).

Mr. Michael Watts Says :

I am interested in permanent dentures. On my top I have 10 teeth and on the bottom 7 of my own and two bridges. I would like to have all my teeth replaced with permanent dentures. I look forward to hearing from you. Best Wishes Michael

I need a full top denture only and would like the cost (approx) of an implant retained denture. I understand this would be to include the dentures and 4 post ….Thanks Graham
