Can you get a white filling on the NHS and how much does it cost?

Q. Can you get a white filling on the NHS and how much do they cost, I have been told different information and prices.

A. White fillings on front teeth are definitley available on the NHS. It is up to the dentist whether you are suitable for a white filling on the back tooth or not

My 6 year old daughter has enamel disturbance on one of her permanent front teeth.Our regular dentist refuses to do anything about it and i just cant stand by and let children pick on my daughter. She has been getting some awful comments at school and has become very conscious of it, and is now embarrassed to smile! I would like to know what our options are in getting it sorted as son as possible. Thankyou

It might be worth using a white filling bonded over the top of the defect without damaging the tooth underneath with a view to a more permanent restoration when she is older

Part of my tooth form the back fell off I went to dentist and he fill the little hole and change me fithy pund is this right
