Q. Hi, I am 60, retired and extremely dental phobic. Because of this my teeth have deteriorated probably to the point where i need to have dentures. I need to know if i have dentures, will I be able to ‘upgrade’ to implanted full dental plates about 6-9 months later as this cost is too much for me right now but will be affordable at the end on the year. I.E. can the implants be done retrospectively?,
