Can I replace my uncomfortable denture with implants?

Q. I am a 73 year old female, I have a full top denture which I find very uncomfortable. Would It be possible for me replace it with a dental implant? to have a,
A. Yes you would have a couple of options, you could go for an implant retained denture, this involves 4 implants being placed and then your denture clips on to the implants giving it a more accurate fit. The cost is approximately £5000.00 Your other alternative is 6 to 8 implants being placed and then a fixed bridge on top.
