Can I have my denture replaced with dental implants?

Q. I am 73 years old, I have a full top denture, would it be possible to have it replaced with a denture implant?,
A. hello, this is now a commonplace procedure and is a very secure prosthesis. you would need to be assessed for bone levels available to place implants in before a precise price but expect costs between 13000 to 17000
