Can I have my dental veneers whitened?

Q. i have had confonte veneers placed over old darkened root canals on 2 front teeth,i’m not happy with the results as they were done before my teeth were proff cleaned, will they whiten when cleaned,
A. No once your veneers are fitted that is the shade they will always be. Unfortunately the only way to get them lighter is for them to be replaced.
