A. Usually we try and save as much tooth as possible provided he remaing tooth structure is nto too thin and weak.  The NHS usually will provide bridges and crowns provided they are clinically necessary and not just for cosmtic reasons

hi my 2 right front teeth are decade with big holes in and discolured, my last dentish 18 months ago told me i will have to have them extracted and a partial denture put in place and told me make appointment for impressions which i didnt as i was too upset to know i was going to lose these 2 front teeeth as im on 40 and i didnt go back to her, i have recently registerd with a new nhs dentist and wonderd if i could have them filed down and a bridge put in place? but not sure if that sort of work will be done on nhs? also if i paid the amount thats stated £198 would this cover the cost of a bridge on nhs, im due to get married and im ever so embarresed by my smile and wont be able to smile on my weddding pics,
