Can I drink coffee and red wine after having my teeth whitened

Q. Hello i am thinking of having my teeth whitened can you please tell me if you can still drink coffee and drink red wine etc and if so will it stain the whitened teeth straight away.

A. You would need to stop this ideally during and for 2 weeks after bleaching as the teeth will take up more stain during this period
