Can cosmetic dentistry be covered by insurance?
Q. Hi was wondring im 18 have a severe phobia of dentists due to something that happend when i was younger which has lead to an extremely bad mouth and teeth i have made up my mind i want cosmetic denistry done i have 2 questions – can u get cosmetic dentistry done through insurance if i took it out and how much on average to just go to sleep and wake up with the perfect smile if i had all teeth done/replaced hope i can get some answers would be a big help as ave really lost all confidence i have cant go out with friends things like that thanks 🙂
A. Cosmetic dental treatment is not normally covered by insurance unless the treatment was needed anyway to correct decay etc.
You might need a few visits of sedation, the costs vary depending on the treatment
