Q. Can anything be done to make the apperance of my teeth better? I have crowns fitted over my front teeth and a denture plate fill in the gaps of missing four teeth.These are slightly more prominent than the rest of my teeth.Also my own teeth are stained. I would be so grateful for a reply. Thank-you.
A. The first thing I would like to recommend is replacing the denture with dental implants- that can have crown and bridgework over te top. This is a permanent fixed option and the next best thing to your own teeth. You could also consider having your existing crowns replaced for a more aesthetically pleasing smile.
As for the stained teeth you have, perhaps whitening would be a solution along with some hygiene visits.
