Q. Hi, I had braces about 5 years ago and have recently started to notice some movement. A small gap (0.5mm- 1mm) has developed between the front upper two teeth. All other teeth are fine. Could this gap be closed and then maintained by getting a retainer made? i have heard a spring retainer can be used without the need for fixed braces? what would the cost be for this? Many thanks
