What’s the price of a veneer and a bridge?

Q.
i want some advice on a discoloured tooth as it looks grey, from too much filling and when i smile i you can see it, wanted to know what to do, had a consultation with a private dentist locally but he said it would cost £600 for a veneer, thats quite alot of money, also have a gap on my lower mouth two teeth missing, is there anything i could do to solve this problem, maybe a bridge or something, also would like my teeth whiten, i dont know if nhs dentish do all this or not, but its getting me down as the rest of the teeth are ok. thank you for your time. I live in maidstone, could you recommend anyone or tell me the best way to deal with this. .

Hi and thanks for your questions

Aesthetic dentistry, to solve cosmetic problems , is not available on the NHS as they are considered ‘elective’ procedures. Any high quality solution is not going to be cheap and the quote you have received for the veneer is quite reasonable considering the problem.

Placement of a bridge could solve the missing teeth problem and this may be avaialble to you on the NHS

Your best option if you are on as tight budget for the treatment would be to seek out an NHS dentist in your area and see what they can offer you

You could also consider some financing options for the cosmetic work as an alternative

Good luck with your treatment
