I am a 47 year old with protruding front teeth that are also twisted which makes my whole lower face jut out. I would love to straighten my teeth push them back and have a nice smile before my 50th. Right now I hate taking photos. I am British Afro Caribbean and have been told that a lot of black skins have this facial feature but this only due to my teeth.
