Should I start Implant treatment?

I have lost several back teeth (mostly crowns) and have been told that if I lose one more then I will need a plate or further treatment.

I was wondering if it is adviseable to start implant treatment now as I have read that it takes several months for the post into the bone to settle before a crown etc can be fitted?
Also is there a list of reputable dentists who deal with this treatment. Many thanks

I am unable to recommend of dentists but I would advise you seek a consultation to assess your situation in case there is a requirement for bone grafting to increase the bone volume in the proposed implant sites
