Q. Help please I can no longer wear my upper plate dentures. I have had them for approx 8 years now, I am in my fifties. I continually gag now and when I am at home, I dont wear them. I have a responsible, well paid job which involves a lot of meetings, negotiations, client work etc and I am coming to my wits end. My plate just feels like a foreign object and makes me sick. I need to work and be with people but this is ruining my life. Please help. Money is not the over riding factor here – getting my life back is!,
