Q. In the last year my normally white front teeth have become translucent and display mottled white patches. What would be the best treatment for this? I would prefer as little invasive treatment as possible! Thanks
A. You could try tooth whitening first but it depends on the type of staining you have. The whitening may not evenly whiten your teeth. Other treatments such as microabrasion which remove superficial staining may help. If these do not work then porcelain or composite veneers will cover the stain.
