I’ve had braces for ages but seen no results. What are my options?

hey… i have had my brace on for near 7years now and it doing nothing for me as my teeth wont go together and my front tooth has broke with them on to for so long and i just wanna no about venners on nhs how can you get them? As i have no money to get them done as i hate smileing and there getting me down… I am so despress for them as i cant smile as all the gaps in my teeth and there near turin black :((

It is very difficult for me to assess your particular problem without a consultation.
You seem to have had braces for an exceptionally long time. I would suggest that you revisit your orthodontist to see why the braces are not working for you. regarding veneers, I would advise that you visit your regular dentist to see if you are a good candidate for veneers and if it is possible to refer you perhaps to a hospital for assessment to see if you can be taken on as a patient, this will only be in extreme cases as most NHS hospitals have quite long waiting lists.
