Is it possible to have dental implants for a full set and how much does it cost?

Q. Hi, at the start of last year i had to a have a full extraction due to gum disease, my dentist not very patient wise suggest dentures which i went ahead with, but ive not worn them as every time i try and put them in im sick and i gag to much which has now brought on panic attacks. ive been looking into implants but am unsure if implants can be used for a full set, also because i havent had my dentures in will my gums, jaw bone be ok to work with. can this be done? would you know how much it would cost? thank you for your time

A. Implants can vary in cost considerably depending on the number of implats placed and what goes on top. It is possible to use implants to hold either fixed teeth or to anchor a smaller type of removable denture in place. The success of implants depends on a variety of factors but the amount of bone you have is a very important factor.

The next step for you is to find an experienced implant dentist for  a full case assessment and a scan of your jaw to measure your bone. Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any help
