I Have A Gap That Looks Like A Black Triangle Between My Teeth. Is It Best To Use Veneers?

Q.
Hi Dr Patel. How do I remove a 1 millimetre gap between my front two teeth? The gap appears to be in an inverted v (^) shape. All the other teeth are normal and are in sufficient size and I am not missing any other teeth. There is no problem with the size of my other teeth. What will be the cost of treatment? Is it is best to use veneers? Please advise me. How can I have veneers without disturbing the normal healthy tooth structure? Is there any other treatment I could consider for this? I look forward to hearing your reply. Thank you for your time.

Hello and thank you for writing in. Veneers are an option but I would prefer to use cosmetic bonding to close these black triangles. This is a technique I specialise in and I would be happy to chat to you about your options regarding this. You can find out more information on veneers and cosmetic bonding through a simple search through this website. I hope this helps. Best wishes, Dr Riten Patel BDS.
