Can you tell me why my daughter’s milk tooth isn’t coming through yet?

Friday, March 11th, 2011
Q.

My 7 year old daughter lost both her top front teeth in the same week about 4 months ago,one has grown in almost fully but there is no sign of the other one. This milk tooth was knocked backwards about 12 months prior to it falling out although I immediately put it back into position and it never discoloured I am worried it has caused a problem with her adult tooth. She is also missing a top canine which fell out around the same time. All her milk teeth grew in at the right times and her teeth started falling out at an appropriate age. Is it likely ti still appear

There’s no space for a canine tooth to grow down, what do you advise?

Friday, March 11th, 2011
Q.

hi, i have a canine tooth that has grown alot higher than the rest of my teeth but there is not enough space for it to be pulled down, i also have all four wisdom teeth growing through so my teeth feel loose and soft.
i have had the canine tooth since i was 8 and it grew through after having my milk teeth out to make room for my canine teeth to grow down, i have been passed round numberous of orthodontists and was told numberous of things in the mean time. im more worried now with my wisdom growing through that my teeth will become more crooked than what they are already….what do you suggest.
