What are the risks of my 3 year old daughter having her decayed teeth removed?

Q.
my 3 yr old girls back teeth have decayed and the dentist said they should be removed lneed to know the risks of removing her teeth
A.
She will probably need some form of sedation or General anesthetic to allow the dentist to remove the teeth. GA can only be performed in hospital environment . The risks involved are from sedation/GA rather than from the actual tooth removal ( provided you daughter has no blood disorders). Please discuss this further with your dentist who knows your childs problems
