hi i have had very bad receeding gums with have left gaps in my teeth they realy get me down thou my gums are fine now as i said the left big gaps in my teeth can i get cosmetic dentistry you fix and help me be able to smile again as i have not smiled in 4 years

Both of my front two teeth are chipped and I’m looking for a good cosmetic dentist to get them ‘fixed’. The websites all seem very similar so that doesn’t help to differentiate them. So my question is how do I know where to find a good cosmetic dentist because as they are my front two teeth I would like them to be as good as can be.

I have a history of grinding my teeth in my sleep and now find that my teeth are uneven and small. I wear a gum shield at night but the damageis already done – is it possible to rebuild my teeth – I am 49yrs old.

I have teeth that have always slanted inwards a great deal but they seem to be getting worse. I had 2 upper and 2 lower teeth taken out as a child (no braces). My incisors are twisted and protrude either side of my two front teeth which slope back. My bite is not together and I hit my top teeth often on my lower teeth. I am 62 – am I too late to do anything about them?
i had a really bad bike accident a few years ago and lost my front teeth i went to see a dentist about my other teeth which are really bad and he made me feel like something he stepped in now i really need help but do not want to be humilated again what can i do

I had an apicectomy carried out above one of my front teeth yesterday. I currently have veneers on my front teeth. I want to have implants or new veneers fitted in the near future, how long should I wait before I can have any procedures done?
I personally think that my tooth is fractured inside or something because I have been told by my dentist that the tooth is dead and one of these veneers has discoloured slightly…would an implant be the ideal solution if the tooth is dead or would a veneer still be ok?

Mark, a few days ago I used a metal pik to dislodged some food/substance from the inner surface of my left front tooth but since I’ve done it the surface doesn’t feel like smooth glass anymore but like rough/burning sandpaper. Is there a way that the tooth surface can be got back to being smooth again? It’s getting me down as it feels uncomfortable and I’m worried i’ve filed the enamel off the tooth and done irreversible damage. Thanks
